While our professional sanding and restoration process aims to restore lenses to a "like-new" factory condition, extreme cases of permanent structural damage or deep micro-cracking inside the plastic lens may limit the final clarity. Bay Area Headlight Restoration guarantees significant improvement in light output and visual clarity, but cannot guarantee absolute perfection in cases of severe, irreversible material degradation.
Our service strictly treats the exterior surface of the headlight lens. We are not responsible for moisture, condensation, dirt, or hazing that exists on the inside of the sealed headlight housing, as this requires full replacement or disassembly of the unit.
